The business you booked with sets its own availability, prices and cancellation policy, and is the fastest route to change or cancel a specific appointment — message it from the booking itself. If the payment is wrong, or the business is not responding, bring it to us.
Your bookings →Illegal, misleading, unsafe or rule-breaking content can be reported to us at any time, and every report is reviewed. If a decision goes against you, you can ask for it to be looked at again.
Acceptable use rules →You can download or delete your OVIO account from inside the app, on the web or on your phone. Deletion is recoverable for 30 days, after which the data behind it is erased.
