4. Regulated Activity Information
OVIO operates a service marketplace and coordination platform. Independent businesses list and provide the services available through OVIO.
OVIO is not the provider of the underlying services unless OVIO expressly states that it provides a specific service itself.
OVIO holds no sector-specific licence or professional registration, because OVIO does not provide the underlying services. Each business listing on OVIO is responsible for holding the licences, registrations, insurance, and professional authorisations that its own activity requires, and for displaying them where its law demands it.

Do not copy, reproduce, or reuse OVIO materials except as allowed by law or with OVIO's written permission.
7. Liability for Content
OVIO may review, restrict, or remove content, listings, messages, reviews, or services that may violate OVIO's terms, marketplace rules, payment provider rules, or applicable law.
Independent businesses remain responsible for their listings, service information, service delivery, required licenses, taxes, and customer policies.
8. Consumer Support and Disputes
Support contact: support@ovioapp.com
If you have a complaint, contact support@ovioapp.com first, so that OVIO can try to resolve it directly.
If a complaint is not resolved, consumers resident in Italy may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body listed by the Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy, or to the conciliation service of the Chamber of Commerce for the province of Turin. Consumers resident elsewhere in the European Union may use an ADR body registered in their own country. OVIO is not currently committed to using any particular ADR body.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025 and is no longer available.
