OVIO wants its marketplace and business tools to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. This statement describes OVIO's accessibility posture and how to contact us about barriers.
1. Accessibility Goal
OVIO aims to make its public marketplace pages, account areas, booking flows, and business tools accessible and usable. OVIO measures itself against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
OVIO considers itself partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: most of the product meets the standard, and the known gaps are listed in section 3. OVIO does not claim full conformance, because not every flow has been independently audited.
2. Measures OVIO Takes
OVIO's accessibility work may include:
- Semantic page structure and headings.
- Keyboard navigation for core flows.
- Visible focus states.
- Form labels and error messages.
- Color contrast review.
- Responsive layouts.
- Alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate.
- Avoiding unnecessary motion or providing reduced-motion behavior where feasible.
- Testing key flows across common browsers and devices.
3. Known Limitations
Known limitations at launch:
- Right-to-left layouts (Arabic) have not been fully verified across every screen, so some spacing and alignment may be imperfect.
- Some dense screens, such as the business calendar and analytics views, are designed for pointer and keyboard use and have not been fully verified with a screen reader.
- Automated checks run continuously against interface components, but not every page has been tested manually with assistive technology.
- Map, payment, and other embedded third-party interfaces follow their own providers' accessibility behavior.
Third-party tools such as payment, map, analytics, email, or embedded provider interfaces may have their own accessibility behavior. OVIO will work with vendors or provide alternative support where reasonably possible.

5. Alternative Access
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using a feature, contact support@ovioapp.com or support@ovioapp.com. OVIO will try to provide information or support through an alternative method where reasonably possible.
6. Review Cycle
This statement should be reviewed:
- Before launch.
- After major UI changes.
- After adding material third-party widgets.
- At least every 12 months.
